1. Information we collect
We collect your name and mobile number when you are onboarded as a winner or staff member. For staff, we additionally record the outlet name and restaurant identifier needed to attribute redemptions.
2. How we use it
Your mobile number is used to authenticate you to your voucher wallet or staff dashboard, to issue and redeem vouchers, and to send one-time codes during sign-in.
3. Data storage & security
Data is stored in a secured cloud database with row-level access controls. Only authorized Sankalp Group administrators and outlet staff (limited to their own outlet) can access redemption data.
4. Sharing
We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing. Limited transactional data may be shared with payment or messaging providers strictly to deliver the service.
5. Retention
Winner and voucher data is retained for the duration of the program and a reasonable period thereafter for audit and reconciliation purposes.
6. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting Sankalp Group customer support.
