Terms & Conditions — Sankalp Mega Lucky Draw

1. Eligibility

Participation in the Sankalp Mega Lucky Draw Dining Festival is limited to invited winners selected by Sankalp Group. Vouchers are non-transferable and tied to the registered mobile number.

2. Voucher value & redemption

Each voucher carries a face value of ₹500 and can be redeemed for dining at participating Sankalp Group outlets. One voucher may be redeemed per visit. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside of dining redemption.

3. Validity

Vouchers are valid for the duration assigned at issuance (6 or 12 months from issue date). Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed and will be marked as expired in the voucher wallet.

4. Redemption process

At billing, present the voucher code or QR to outlet staff. The voucher is consumed immediately upon successful redemption and the remaining balance is updated in real time.

5. Fraud & misuse

Sankalp Group reserves the right to void any voucher suspected of fraud, duplication or unauthorized transfer. Repeated misuse may result in disqualification from the program.

6. Changes to terms

Sankalp Group may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the voucher wallet constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
